If you cannot attend a previously booked class, you must cancel it through our website. Soma’s cancellation policy allows you to early cancel up to 3 hours prior to the class’s start. The class credit will then be returned to your account.

If you late cancel (less than 3 hours before the class) or simply don’t attend, the class credit will be lost.
