Whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve joint health, flexibility and strength, we have the perfect class to fit your needs.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow classes are classically defined as yoga practices that link movement with breath.

At Soma, these classes are designed to provide you with the space to connect to your body, develop strength, as well as flexibilty, and allow you to resume the rest of your day feeling energised and grounded.

Each teacher will bring their own unique experience and creativity to the class. These classes are open to all ability levels.

Bring Your Baby to Vinyasa Flow

A Vinyasa Flow class specifically created for mums (or dads) with baby in tow. It is a class for YOU. A place for you to connect with yourself and your own practice whilst your baby explores the space, watches, plays or sleeps.

A safe environment where you will be able to reclaim your yoga practice with your child by your side.

Yin/Yang Yoga

Discover the perfect harmony between strength and rest. 

Beginning with a Dynamic Vinyasa Flow that transitions seamlessly into a soothing Yin Practice, allowing you to find deep relaxation and restoration as you are then guided into savasana. 

This class is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Express Flow

 All the benefits of Vinyasa flow in just 45 minutes.

Designed to provide you with a lunchtime refuge and refuel.

Yogalates

 In this fusion-style class, get the best of both worlds. Yoga and Pilates brought together to help you build core strength, improve posture, body awareness, and your overall fitness and health.

Open to all levels and abilities.

Yoga Conditioning

Yoga Conditioning: A Dynamic Vinyasa Flow paired with Resistance Band Training to help you improve your joint mobility, increase strength, and progress in skill. Boost your longevity, and look after your joints long-term,so you can continue to do the things you love for as long as possible.

This class is open to all levels and abilities.

Beginner’s Pilates

This class will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, focusing on core strength and stability through engaging the pelvic floor muscles.

You will also learn how to mobilise your joints while maintaining correct posture and body alignment.

Open Level Pilates

This class will typically begin with a warm-up that focuses on breathing, centering, and alignment. You will then be led  through a series of Pilates exercises that work all of the major muscle groups in the body.

Modifications and variations of the exercises will be given to accommodate different abilities so that everyone can participate at their own level. 

Express Pilates

  All the best parts of our Open Pilates Class in just 45 minutes. Build core strength, control, improve your posture. 

This class is open to all abilities and levels.

Aroma Flow

Vinyasa Flow practice infused with essential oils to help you further connect to your breath and yourself.

.The essential oils used in this session are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade Oils, diluted with coconut oil so they’re safe to apply topically and use aromatically.

All levels welcome.

Flow & Restore

Start the practice with a mindful flow, slowly building in intensity and speed. Then move into a pranayama (breathwork practice), designed to leave you feeling relaxed and focused.

Then finish the session with a guided meditation. The perfect way to start your day feeling present and energised.

Suitable for all levels and abilities.

Adult Creative Dance

Have you ever wanted to dance or take a dance class but worried about having no formal training? Or do you crave the time and space to move freely? Then this is the class for you. Nothing really compares to the feeling and the freedom one gets from that experience. And it is never ever too late. So come and join us. Let your hair down and get your soul singing.
